Job Description
Profile:
They are looking for a professional who is a problem solver; must have strong interest in interacting with customers, strong English language capabilities – written and verbal, and experience with SQL, JavaScript and React.

Daily work of the position:
Respond to technical support tickets.
Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the support process.
Solve the technical support issues that might be easily resolved.
Develop technical support articles.
Triage tickets that require additional team support and work with the rest of the development team to resolve.
Manage service level agreement response timelines.
Rate is at $8/hr
100% work from home
Time: 9:00AM-6:00PM PST
