Senior Cloud Security Systems Engineer (APAC)
Responsibilities:
General:
Handle escalated cases; APAC timezone ( US off hrs ) 8×7 shifting & on call ; log cases in CRM (GCC)/PSC
Manage open cases to resolution
Share knowledge through technical sharing or training extended to partners and customers
Recover irate customers
Continuously improve and upgrade technical knowledge and skills through training and certification
Meet business objectives and team targets defined by SLAs and Scorecards
Requirements:
Required:
IT Related Graduate, 4 or 5 year course
Contact (call) center / Systems/ Network administration / Technical support experience (2+ years)
Very Good working attitude, willing to work on shift/on call
Very Good English communication skills
Account Management and Customer facing work experience
Desired:
Learner, achiever, with positive outlook/attitude, team player, flexible/adaptive to changes
Experienced in Network and/or Systems Administration and Troubleshooting (at least two years)
Knowledge in Windows 2000/2003/2008 or Linux/Unix system administration
Multi-platform skills a definite advantage
Mail servers admin such as Domino/Exchange 2000/2k3/2k8
Network services and/or devices administration (DNS, DHCP, AD, SMTP, WWW, Firewall, NAS, SAN, Network Appliances, routers, switches, etc)
TCP/IP administration
