Education:

• Graduate of marketing or any business-related course.

Experience:

• Atleast 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping sales

Competencies:

• Good working knowledge of freight forwarding services, air freight forwarding services, air freight (import & export), consolidation, customs brokerage, and other related services.
• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time commitment
• Must have strong managing skills and able to efficiently manage a team and Liaise with other operations team
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any software related to sales and marketing.
