Full-Time - Staff Sales Admin Staff
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Staff to support sales operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The role involves sales coordination, customer support, and clerical duties to help maintain efficient workflows and excellent client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or sales support role preferred
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and reports
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client appointments
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with order processing
- Maintain accurate records and manage databases
- Prepare and format sales presentations and materials
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed
