Full-Time - Staff Project Engineer – Civil

Responsibilities:
- Delivers civil engineering expertise to the company’s projects
- Provides direction to monitor the projects and budget estimates and suggests various alternatives, work-around scenarios on issues related to the projects
- Reviews all civil engineering aspects of the project for compliance to industry and environmental standards, health and safety, or operational effectiveness
- Designs, implements, and monitors processes related to checks and compliance to standards set by the company.
- Establishes strong relationships with the technical team, and the concerned plant operations teams that are impacted in delivering the projects.
- May be asked to review contracts and operational procedures for the projects being developed
- Undertakes proper training of staff to improve on their skills and enhance their knowledge of mechanical engineering
- Conducts project reviews to gather insights and identify areas for improvement
- Manages the resolution or escalation of related issues through established channels (e.g. processes), meetings, coaching, and other forms of intervention
Requirements:
- Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 2 years work experience in FMCG or Manufacturing environment.
- Have handled multiple projects involving planning, design and execution.
- Open to a full-time, project-based employment.
