Full-Time - Staff Logistics Staff
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor deliveries and shipments.
- Prepare and process delivery documents, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transport providers, and customers regarding deliveries.
- Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle dispatch and routing.
- Monitor inventory movement and delivery schedules.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate logistics and transportation records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Prepare periodic logistics and delivery performance reports.
