ISO Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator shall function as the ISO 20000:2011 Project Manager for Core Tech Content Centric Team. He/she will have the following responsibilities:
1. Overall point person for ISO 20000 Certification program
2. Coordinates all ISO 20000 process areas and related activities (in coordination with other departments covered by the certification)
3. Assists the Management Representative in managing the execution of ISO 20000 processes and improvements
4. Works with internal auditors to ensure sufficient coverage of internal audits conducted
5. Ensures all internal and external audit findings are resolved and completed within the prescribed timeline
6. Acts as liaison between Trend Micro and external ISO-related suppliers including ISO Standard vendor, consultants, auditors, among others
7. Assists process owners with process and standard concerns
8. Overall administrator of the ISO 20000 iShare portal
9. Responsible for ensuring maintenance of ISO 20000 compliance
Requirements:
· A college or university degree holder (preferably in IT or Communication Arts)
· 2-3 years professional work experience in IT service that handles one or more of the following: critical case management, quality assurance, operations monitoring, ISO 20000 or related quality methodologies lead/member/auditor
· Have the ability to express his/her thoughts effectively with fast and quick decision making skills
· With strong coordination/communication skills
· Audit experience and/or exposure in ITIL and/or ISO 20000 an advantage
· Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Sharepoint development is a plus
