Inside Sales Agent
Handle the inbound and outbound calls of leads and agents
Manage client questions and react to them with the applicable pre-set format.
Should be interested in taking follow-up from Customers.
Process lead generation
Manage arrangements by planning and sending updates.
CRM Management
– Data entry, clean up, updating notes and information
Calendar Management, Email Management
Experience and Proficiency:
Knowledgeable with counter offers and CMA is a plus
Have at least 6 months – 1 year of Real Estate VA experience doing Inbound, outbound,
Knowledgeable in CMA and Contracts is a plus
Soft-spoken and have great client-dealing abilities
Knowledgeable with Google suite, Ring central, Whats app, Chime.me, Social Media, CRM tools
Preferably with good computer specifications higher than 8 Gb ram, a good internet connection preferably 25 Mbps up.
Willing to work in a PST
