Job Description

Inside Sales Agent 
Cold calling (script will be provided)
Qualifying leads
Set appointments
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
Calls, emails or text
Managing social media leads
Answering inquiries to convert leads to appointments
CRM Management (Vulcan7)
Updating notes and statuses
Call & nurture past leads
Answer follow-up questions and other queries from past leads

Experience and Proficiency
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have cold calling and appointment setting experience as a VA **IMPORTANT
Should have CRM management experience preferably with Vulcan7
