Full-Time -Managerial HR Manager
Job Description
This position leads and manages the HUman Resources of the corporation in providing strong linkage and support to the organization in pursuit of its organizational-wide business plans and objectives. The Corporate HR Manager works in partnership with other departments of the company and subsidiaries’ HR Heads in developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that fosters growth, effectiveness and efficiency in RD employees and to ensure a competitive advantage on the market in terms of our human capital.
Qualifications and Specifications:
- This position requires a graduate of any four-year baccalaureate degree with earned units in Human Resource Management/ Behavioral Science
- Job holder must have 5 to 10 years of experience as HR practitioner, preferably on a corporate setting and has adequate knowledge in administration and human resource management
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other related programs and applications;
- Well- verse and adept with Labor laws of the Philippines;
- This p[osition requires ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization.
