Responsible for overall HR operations. We need someone who can maintain existing strengths while taking the initiative to drive necessary improvements and organizational changes.

Reports directly to the President/Top Management.
Responsible for overall HR operations. We need someone who can maintain existing strengths while taking the initiative to drive necessary improvements and organizational changes.
Capacity: Potential to manage a workforce of approximately 900 employees.
Experience: Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry.
Communication: Ability to engage deeply with veteran employees and handle conflicts head-on without avoidance.
Cultural Fit: Adaptability to a multinational/foreign-capital corporate culture.
Mindset: Patient, proactive in pursuing better solutions, and possesses the “human touch” required to mediate disputes.
Location/Commitment: Able to work in Lapu-Lapu City and looking for long-term career growth with us.
