Full-Time -Managerial Financial Controller

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for the overall smooth functioning of Finance Department:

Ensure timely and complete monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; accurate and timely processing of invoicing, payroll and accounts payable.
Management of working capital including Cash, AR, AP, etc.
Management of tax, audit, banks and leasing arrangements
Provide Financial forecasts and annual budgets; preparation of annual budget within schedule
Forecast all cash receipts and disbursements weekly and monthly
Perform financial analysis as appropriate and share findings with management
Analyze work flow, forms, reports, procedures and record maintenance system to ascertain operation deficiencies and promote efficiency.
Establish and maintain good internal controls
Work closely with outside auditors on all statutory reporting and tax requirements
Safeguard company assets, including inventories
Responsible for the planning, organizing, and staffing of Finance Department
Perform interviewing, hiring and training of subordinate personnel

Requirements:

Graduate of Accountancy, a CPA, with MBA an advantage
With 10-15 years of work experience preferably in a conglomerate or group of companies, with minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity
Must have a drive for improvement and excellence
Strong leader with the ability to adapt and lead changes
Can work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline
Independent and firm, at the same time a team player
With good business acumen and interpersonal skills
Anaytical inidentifying areas for improvements in accounting and finance operations.
Display a high level of integrity and ethical behavior
Willing to work in Pasay City
