Precondo is looking for an Email Marketing Writer responsible for creating persuasive, conversion-focused email content. The role focuses on nurturing leads, increasing engagement, and supporting property marketing campaigns through well-structured email funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-converting email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotional emails).
- Develop subject lines optimized for open rates and engagement.
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging for different buyer personas.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with property listings and promotions.
- A/B test email copy and improve performance based on analytics.
- Maintain consistent brand tone across all email communications.
- Research real estate trends and integrate insights into campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in email marketing, copywriting, or content writing (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong persuasive writing and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools).
- Understanding of conversion optimization and customer journeys.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Attention to detail and strong editing skills.
