Full-Time - Staff Electronic Communications Review Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The functional title of this position is Electronic Communication Review Analyst and will be responsible for daily review of electronic communications to ensure compliance with internal control policies, applicable laws and regulations.
- May review various types of electronic communications such as email on a daily basis to identify if the communication meets policy requirements. May also complete internet searches and reviews to ensure Team members are complying with internal company policies, applicable laws and regulations in regards to internet postings/social media usage.
- May review internal Investment Plans to ensure compliance with policy in regards to electronic communications. Items will be escalated to US partner that may not be in Compliance and need further review.
- Completes other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, any field
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Minimum Qualifications
6+ months experience with meeting deadlines and attention to detail or quality
