We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Associate to support the growth of our sales performance within one of our business units. This role blends creative marketing execution with proactive sales engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and direct customer interaction. You will play a key role in driving online visibility, generating sales, and converting prospects into loyal clients.
The Role
In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across different e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Manage and market company products across various e-commerce platforms or social media, including safety-related products
- Create engaging marketing content for products (posts, ads, newsletters, landing pages)
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to convert leads into customers
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales and client data
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools
Job Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Support brand awareness and engagement through consistent digital presence
- Manage multiple platforms and sales activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and sales outcomes
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and results
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (E-commerce and social media, email marketing)
- Experience using marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a BPO Outbound Sales Agent is a plus
