Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team, handling inquiries, scheduling, billing, and general support for our valued yacht maintenance clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, assisting accounting, and analyzing client interactions to help refine our services. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

Answer calls and respond promptly to emails regarding scheduling, billing, onboarding, collections, and handling complaints.

Ensure a seamless and positive experience for each customer, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently and courteously.

2. Accounting Assistance:

Collaborate with the accounting team to assist in customer invoicing and account analysis.

Ensure accuracy in customer billing and address any related inquiries.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on customer acquisition sources and analyze the reasons for customer cancellations.

Provide insights to help improve customer retention and acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Outstanding English written and oral communication skills.

3. Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time (California).

4. Minimum of two years of similar customer service experience, preferably serving US-based customers.

5. Must own a computer and have fast internet connection.

6. This is a work at home position which requires the applicant to have a quiet working environment.

Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach to customer issues.

Experience with CRM and invoicing software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
