Full-Time - Staff Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

1. College or undegraduate of any course
2. Preferably with working experience in customer service or call center environment.
3. Male or Female 24-30 yrs old
4. Excellent in oral communication
5. Computer literate and has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
6. Must be willing to work in Sucat in shifting schedule/6 days a week.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering customer calls and rapidly responding to inquiries or requests while
maintaining a service-oriented, friendly and empathetic demeanor.
2. Answer customer inquiries, trace deliveries (pick-up/drop-off) and answer basic delivery questions utilizing computerized systems.
2. Keep records of customers interactions and transactions, record detals of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
3. Manage assigned accounts and monitors account history to ensure that appropriate service and support is extend to the customer.
4. Monitor riders performance using web-based applications, tools and reports.
5. Address riders and service issues promptly and proactively.
