Full-Time - Staff Customer Relationship Specialist
Job Description
Location: San Fernando, Pampanga
Salary: ₱18,000 to ₱25,000 per month
Employment Type: Permanent (6 months under probationary period)
We are looking for a driven and client focused Customer Relationship Specialist to help grow and maintain strong partnerships across various industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, building connections, and supporting business growth especially in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including SMEs, commercial and industrial businesses, and institutions
Identify opportunities and help increase sales within assigned market segments
Support marketing efforts, including inbound campaigns and public relations activities
Help develop and manage a CRM system
Act as a point of contact between the company and distribution utilities for solar solutions
Assist management in business development and expansion initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in solar sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with DOE, ERC, and Distribution Utility processes is an advantage
Organized, proactive, and client oriented
Willing to travel when needed
