CRM Manager & GHL Specialist
Database management – Data entry, organization and cleanup, customization and set up
Assist on back end technical support
Take leadership over agents actions in CRM
Create reports for Agents
Follow lead flow from beginning to end with the agents
Ensure that all company leads have been contacted
Monitor Metrics and KPIs
Ensure all agents are completing their assigned daily
tasks
Help build automation workflows and eventually new
courses
Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Go High-Level expert and a person who can help build automation workflows and eventually new
courses.
