Redeeming Equity LLC is a real estate investment firm specializing in wholesaling properties and purchasing homes through creative financing solutions. Our mission is to help homeowners in challenging situations by providing them with innovative options to sell their properties, while simultaneously finding profitable real estate opportunities through wholesale deals and creative financing strategies.
We are now expanding our team and seeking motivated and professional virtual assistants to help us reach more potential leads, build relationships, and close deals—all from the comfort of your home!
What We’re Looking For:
Strong English Skills
You must have excellent command of the English language, with clear and proper communication skills. Since you’ll be working with U.S.-based clients and sellers, it’s essential that you can speak fluently, confidently, and understand the language.
Cold Calling Experience
Experience in cold calling, particularly in a sales or real estate environment, is a huge plus. You should be comfortable with making outbound calls, building rapport quickly, and discussing real estate options with our leads.
Ability to Work U.S. Daytime Hours
The virtual assistant will need to be available to work during U.S. daytime hours, as that is when most of our leads are available to take calls.
Self-Motivation & Reliability
As a remote team member, you’ll need to manage your time effectively and stay focused on reaching out to leads consistently. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, self-driven, and passionate about helping the company grow. The better you perform, the more opportunity you have to make more money long-term
Sales & Real Estate Knowledge (A +)
While it’s not a requirement, experience or knowledge in real estate, wholesaling, or creative financing will set you apart from the other candidates. Understanding these concepts will help you better communicate with sellers and guide them toward the best solution for their situation.
Your Role:
As a Virtual Assistant for Redeeming Equity LLC,
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Cold Calling: Making outbound calls to potential real estate leads who have expressed interest in selling their homes or who fit our buyer profile. Your goal will be to introduce the company, qualify leads, and gather important property information.
Lead Qualification: Engaging with property owners to determine if they’re motivated to sell. You’ll gather details about their properties, such as condition, location, and any financial concerns they may have, all while building a relationship with them.
Working with Our Team: You will collaborate with our team to provide updates on leads, share valuable information, and discuss strategies to close deals.
Compensation & Bonus Structure: At Redeeming Equity LLC, we understand that the success of our business is tied to the success of our team members. We want you to feel rewarded for your efforts, so we offer:
Base Pay: Competitive rates based on your experience and skill level. [Between $400-$800/month]
Incentives: For every deal you help bring to the table, you will have the opportunity to double your pay for that deal! This means the more deals you help secure, the more you earn. This unique bonus structure rewards your hard work and the value you bring to our business.
