We’re Hiring: Bookkeeping Team Lead (ANZ Clients)
Location: Clark Pampanga
Hybrid set-up | **We prefer candidates within Pampanga area only**
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Team Lead who has handled ANZ clients and has strong experience in the offshore/BPO industry. If you have leadership experience and are confident managing bookkeeping operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage a team of 10–15 bookkeeping staff
-Oversee daily bookkeeping operations for ANZ clients
-Review financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance
-Support onboarding of new bookkeeping clients
-Identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies in financial data
-Ensure timely completion of AP, AR, reconciliations, and payroll tasks
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
-Xero Certified (required)
-5yrs overall experience with 2 years background as a Supervisor or Team Lead
-Experience handling ANZ market clients
-Background in BPO / Outsourcing accounting services
