Appointment Setter
Managing social media leads (Instagram and Facebook)
Answering inquiries to convert leads to appointments
DM appointment setting
Outbound calling (script will be provided)
Warm Calling/Nurturing leads
Qualifying leads
Set appointments
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
Calls, email or text
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
Updating notes and statuses
Pipeline and lead management
Call & nurture past leads
Answer follow up questions and other queries from past leads
Experience and Proficiency
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have Outbound calling and DM appointment setting experience either from corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT
Should have graduated from college or a degree if non-experienced and is coachable doing the role **IMPORTANT
Should have CRM Management experience, preferably GoHighLevel
Should be proficient in social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook
