About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Recruitment Marketing Assistant to support our growing operations across construction and trade services.
This role focuses on managing LinkedIn marketing, job postings, and providing day-to-day admin support to ensure our recruitment pipeline and online presence remain strong and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn & Marketing Support
- Manage and maintain company LinkedIn page
- Create and schedule posts aligned with current projects and branding
- Respond to messages and engage with audience professionally
- Support brand visibility and consistency online
Recruitment & Job Ads
- Post and manage job ads on Seek, Indeed, and Facebook
- Monitor applications and organise candidate tracking
- Coordinate with the team for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Keep job listings updated and accurate
Administrative Support
- Data entry, document preparation, and general admin tasks
- Maintain trackers for recruitment and onboarding
- Assist with onboarding requirements and follow-ups
- Handle ad hoc admin duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in admin, recruitment support, or social media management
- Familiar with LinkedIn and job platforms (Seek, Indeed, Facebook)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and suitable WFH setup
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, trades, or labour hire environment
- Basic Canva or content creation skills
