Business Process Outsourcing is one of the fastest-growing industries in the Philippines. ThinkOffshoreNow has global reach and capability, with clients based in the United States, Canada, Australia, UK and the rest of Europe.We have an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager for our Europe operations. Candidates must live in the United Kingdom and other European territories, or has ability to get a working visa in Europe.The primary role of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to provide leadership for the European region and attain company sales and profit objectives. The RSM will develop and maintain relationships with key customers and end-users at all levels of the outsourcing channel along with engaging in new business development activities.
•Develop and maintain direct relationships with all levels of the distribution channel as well as key end-users
•Collect and analyze market data to develop plans, examine trends, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to upper management
•Travel as needed, approximately 80% of the time
• 5+ years of direct sales experience preferably in outsourcing
• Articulate and professional communication skills, including the ability to create and present executive level presentations
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of independent representatives
• Strategic planning skills and the ability to create and manage budgets and forecast sales volume
• Ability to deal with very large customers
• Strong computer skills
