Full-Time - Staff Data Engineer
Job Description
• Write clear and detailed ELT design documents that cover data flow and data layers.
• Present completed design documents to engineering leads and data architecture teams for review.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather functional and data requirements.
• Build, test, and deploy reliable and scalable ELT pipelines aligned with architecture principles and governance standards.
• Incorporate business, governance, and technical requirements into proper data structure and data model designs.
• Optimize existing pipelines and data structures to improve overall scalability and efficiency.
• Serve as L3 support for operational ELT pipelines already deployed in production environments.
• Meet predefined SLA-based response timelines when addressing production maintenance tasks.
• Research new technologies to introduce new functionalities or optimize system performance and cost.
• Contribute to the technical community by sharing knowledge and spreading innovation.
