Responsibilities:
Receives incoming and make outgoing telephone calls and correspond with current customers/merchants who may have fraudulent activity on their account/ merchant establishments. The analyst also does research on accounts with disputes in order for it to be resolved. The role would also cover prevention and recovery of losses.
Requirements:
• Undergraduates with relevant experience and new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in Taguig City
• Willing to be on shifting schedule which includes graveyard
• CSR/Banking or Finance experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Fraud or Risk Management Analyst experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Call Center Banking operations experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
