-Follow Up Boss and Ylopo, Google Suite
-Financial budgeting for projects and hiring resources locally.
-Oversee Staff of VAs. While working alongside of a Transaction Coordinator VA.
Lead Coordinator
-Receiving all leads that come into the FUB
-Answering/Making calls /texts/emails and setting appointments for agent followup
-Sourcing – Zillow, Google Paid Per Click, and/or other Sources.
-Assigning,Database Entry, Tracking

-Training on how to use companies email blast system to place and market to all leads in database.
Experience and Proficiency:
Should have worked for real estate company/team working with results in turning leads into appointments for agents to close the sale.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Worked as an admin for a real estate team. Bonus if in the state of Florida
Demonstrated ability to work within high functioning environment that is sales driven.
Some knowledge of a full CRM/Follow up training is available.
Must be a jack of all trades and able to master new skills quickly.
Will have managed others
A contributor, have the ability to generate business/appointments and able to handle multiple projects at one time within deadlines.
Able to add value in meetings and discuss problems as well as solve them
With mid-level expertise in CRM FUB, Zillow lead generation, Call Action, Ylopo,
