Job Description
Job Overview:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among the company’s sales, marketing and business development professionals. The duties include comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas, delegating sales and marketing tasks among team members and meeting with upper management to discuss their progress.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To sell existing CPR’s (Pharmaceutical finished products) to other distribution companies in Philippines.
2. Take care of all business development activities for trading business (B2B) of company in Philippines market.
3. Identify potential distributors, building and maintaining good and sustainable relationships with distributors.
4. Negotiating and finalizing prices with distributors and signing agreement with distributors.
5. To sell OTC/Food supplements and surgical products of company as per requirement under B2B business.
6. Surveying, traveling the market as per company requirements for B2B business.
7. Reporting on factors affecting business strategies.
8. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree related to health science.
2. One (1) year work experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
3. Knowledge of MS Office.
4. Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales.
5. Ability to travel frequently.
6. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
