Job Description
Google Platforms & Automation Specialist
Assist in building and maintaining automated systems within Google platforms, including Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Develop and optimize workflows using specific functions and formulas to enable communication between Google Sheets and other platforms.
Implement API connections to integrate external systems with Google Sheets for seamless data synchronization.
Pull and compile reports from various data sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Perform data analytics to derive actionable insights, create visual reports, and support decision-making processes.
Support in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems and automation processes.
Manage tasks related to systems development and automation as assigned by Thomas Cote.
Assist with scripting, backend software management, and general system enhancements.
Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations for future reference and training purposes.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and features in Google platforms and related technologies.
Experience and Proficiency:
Proven experience in Google Sheets, including advanced functions, formulas, and scripting (Google Apps Script).
Experience with building and managing automations in Google platforms.
Strong understanding of API integrations and data synchronization between systems.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and debug technical issues within systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with other Google Workspace tools is a plus (Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) used in Google Apps Script.
Knowledge of third-party APIs and web services.
Experience with data visualization tools or methods.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members in a remote environment.
