Business Development Director
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase
brand awareness and attract new clients.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including CRM &
emails (Active Campaign), Webinars, Chat Messages, SEO, PPC,
social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Coordinate and oversee advertising efforts across various channels to
ensure a consistent and effective brand message.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the
effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client
base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing
clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the CEO.
Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape,
and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance
the company’s market position.
Create and manage a business development plan to meet short-term
and long-term goals.
Collaborate with the coaching team to design and implement new
programs and services that meet market demand.
Customer Support:
Ensure exceptional customer service and support throughout the
client journey.
Implement systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction
and retention.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and
professionally.
Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve
targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide regular training and development opportunities for team
members.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience creating SOPs in general is sufficient
Experience coordinating events in general is sufficient
Hosting webinar experience is ideal, but that can be learned…. consider this a bonus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various moving parts (webinars, events,
sponsors, emails).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
with local hosts, sponsors, and influencers.
Proactive and resourceful in identifying and securing opportunities.
Empathetic and personable, with strong relationship-building skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
