Job Description
Medical Lab Technician
– Perform lab processing of human tissues, including blood, bone marrow, and adipose, following specific
protocols.
– Expand the lab’s current processing techniques to include advanced methods such as bone marrow
concentrate, PRP, stromal vascular fraction, A2M, Irap, and white blood cells.
– Conduct online research using platforms like PubMed to find relevant literature and provide evidence
supporting procedures and processes.
– Develop and write detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab processes and techniques.
– Prepare and write comprehensive reports summarizing research findings and evidence for various
regenerative medicine approaches.
– Collaborate with the clinical and research team to continually improve lab protocols.
– Ensure the highest standards of lab safety and compliance.
Experience and Proficiency
Experience in cell culturing
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
-strong background in biochemistry and human tissue
processing, including culture expansion and cryopreservation, with a focus on bone marrow concentrate,
PRP, stromal vascular fraction, A2M, Irap, and white blood cells.
– proficient in online
research, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and writing evidence-based reports.
– Strong technical writing skills for developing SOPs and summarizing scientific evidence.
– Critical thinker with a proactive, independent work ethic.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate lab records.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
