Video Editor/Youtube Manager
Edit Videos
Edit and customize videos for social media
Tailor videos for websites (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Adapt videos for advertising channels
Customize videos for YouTube channels
Aim to boost brand awareness
Generate inbound traffic and clients
Edit long-form videos, including those created on cell phones and other devices in various file formats
Create small clips for Instagram format to be posted on IG TV and IG reels & FB reels and Tiktok posts
Graphics Editing
-Create an engaging thumbnail photo from the video, utilizing jpegmini or similar file size reduction software.
-Overlay text and other effects on the thumbnail photo for added appeal.
Transcription of videos
-Send to rev.com to get transcribed
-Paste copy from rev.com into Hemmingway app for proper editing and copywriting
-Write a strong headline to hook audience
-Draft paragraphs regarding the content using AI for employer to approve
Youtube management
-Manage multiple YouTube channels for identified agents, planning, creating, and executing channel SEO plans to drive engagement and watch time.
-Upload videos
Create effective metadata (keywords, tags, titles)
Research
-Content ideas
-Trends
-What users are searching for
-Topics to film based on answerthepublic.com
-Other top producing agent YT channels to determine videos we should make
-Put together content using AI to help identify topics for agents to create content for
Ad Hoc
-Create a repository of all videos, to include video content for future B-roll as well as a backup of all completed videos
Experience and Proficiency
Fluent in English to be able to determine what is valuable content from long form videos to create short form videos
Video editing software experience, including capcut and AI driven video software such as veed.io
Use of AI software such as ChatGPT to write draft descriptions for videos
Youtube channel management experience
