JOB OVERVIEW:
• Ensure compliance in all filed documents;
• Send emails / follow-up emails to colleague, potential clients and partners;
• Preferably with Back Office and Credit & Collection experience;
• Can work with less supervision.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
– Excellent English verbal & written communication
– Excellent organizational skills
– Extreme attention to detail
– Must have a good work ethics
How to Apply
WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time
Also, flexible Timings as long as UK Timezone is followed
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
• Fast internet connection / must have high internet speed (minimum 20MBPS)
• Private and quiet dedicated office area
• Modern computer and operating system
• Good headset; such as noise cancelling headphones
• Sound Proof Room to avoid any background noise i.e. animals, kids, traffic etc.
• Backups or secondary equipment in case of power interruptions
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
• Monthly Basic Pay Php30,000.00
• 13th Month Pay by end of the year
• Inclusive Employer's Contribution to PhilHealth & SSS
• With guaranteed leave credits (earned one day per month)
