Training SME/Trainer
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the creation of Training materials for Topics on which s/he is an expert.
· Must be able to create examinations and tests based on the Training materials.
· Must be able to effectively deliver the Training for Topics on which s/he is an expert.
· Update the Training Materials to be at par or at least adept with new and emerging threats.
· Work on small to medium scale projects and research studies.
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 1 year experience in Ops.
· Must be recognized by his superiors and peers as the expert in the particular subject matter.
· Ideally, must have experience in writing training presentations or process (ISO) documents.
· Ideally, must have prior experience when it comes to presenting the technical material to different audience types (beginners to experts).
