· Develops training agendas

· Designs and updates training modules, instructor and facilitator guides, and other job-aids

· Recommends and constructs learning activities

· Develops tests, quizzes and other forms of assessment

· Conducts train-the-trainer sessions

· Conducts consultation sessions with stakeholders
