Tier 2 – Technical Support Engineer (Linux Web Hosting Administrator)

Technical Requirements:

  • Basic Linux Server and/or Windows Server Navigation and Operations
  • Basic Firewall understanding
  • DBs (MySQL, MSSQL) understanding
  • BA/BS in a Technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Basic Knowledge of VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a plus
  • Basic Web Hosting Control Panel Operations (cPanel/Plesk) is a plus

 

Requirements:

  • With at least 1 year work experience in IT Industry
  • Experience in call center / BPO is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willing to work on a Graveyard/Shifting schedule
  • Full-time position available
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
