Full-Time - Staff Team Leader
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Must have 3-5 years supervisory experience in BPO industry handling 15-20 FTE’s. Should have supported a voice/telephonic program; experience in US Healthcare and/or Medical Campaign is an ADVANTAGE.
