Senior Trainer
· Facilitates individual performance improvement by delivering training, directing structured learning and facilitating groups
· Prepares the learning environment
· Organizes training schedule
· Delivers training modules
· Enables structured learning events such as role plays and games
· Facilitates media-based learning events such as film-showing and call listening activities
· Facilitates group discussions
· Conducts assessments
· Provides evaluation to participants
· Gathers feedback from participants
· Communicates training results to stakeholders and other trainers
· Develops action plans for the improvement of the training process
· Participates in special projects such as metric improvement initiatives
