Full-Time - Staff Senior Trainer

Job Description:
Training Program Management
- Supervising the analysis steps
- Assisting development teams with activities
- Organizing and arranging progress and decision-making meetings
- Providing guidance and counsel as required/mentoring
- Reviewing draft ideas and materials
- Conduct Training sessions and set deliverables
- Supervise Training Resource under the training program
- Objective settings
- Oversee logistical support for training initiatives and produce supplemental training documentation as appropriate
- Performs light maintenance on Computer Based Training (CBT) and other related materials
- Determines new courses and delivery methods to most effectively promote the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate the new system into day-to-day business practices
Analyst
- Characterizing (through analysis) the gap and the gap factors, and identifying the most cost effective and efficient performance improvement interventions
- Developing suitable information gathering tools
- Evaluates training effectiveness and impacts to individual and organizational performance
Selector-designer-developer-implementer
- Selecting interventions along with rationales for each selection
- Establishing time and action calendars for design, development and implementation
- Designing/developing interventions
- Partnering with clients to implement interventions
- Acting as a main “general contractor” resource, drawing from support services, technical specialist, and outside vendors as appropriate
- Recommend process improvement items in order to improve overall performance of the support center
- Assist with the Senior Manager in managing vendor relationship for ongoing course development

- An outstanding presenter with strong facilitation skills and plenty of enthusiasm
- Proven ability to produce training courses, lesson plans, and training materials
