Job Description
“Must have a Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in verbal and written English
35 – 50 years old
Experienced major project drawing production and delivery
Required skills include:
– Understanding of Revit Architecture, capable of using the software to view and assess
a BIM model
– Highly skilled in major project documentation and delivery using outsourcing
collaboration methodologies
– Highly skilled in major project estimation and planning
– Advanced skill in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
– Skilled in the use of Newforma Project Management software
– Skilled in the use of shared networks with offshore teams, data sharing platforms, cloud
based repositories, Revit server, off-shore hosted BIM models
– Highly articulate in communicating with internal teams clients, offshore third parties via email, telephone, video conference, face to face meetings in Australia
– Highly skilled in leading an architectural team, capable of managing the team to meet program deadlines, troubleshooting
– Skilled in the use of high-end I.T and computer equipment”
