Full-Time - Staff Sales & Reservation Executive
Job Description
Job Entry Criteria:
- A diploma or degree in Tourism, Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and reservations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the Maldives tourism and property networks will be an added advantage
- Excellent Spoken and Written English
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Relationship Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and other properties.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with partners.
• Reservations Management
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and cancellations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients and partners to ensure accurate reservations and itineraries.
- Manage reservation systems to track and update bookings.
• Travel Package Creation
- Design and promote travel packages tailored to client preferences.
- Ensure competitive pricing and high-quality offerings to attract diverse market segments.
• Client Handling
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival to ensure a smooth experience.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and reservations to management.

- All Inclusive Salary: Maldivian Rufiyaa 12k – 14k (Inclusive of Food & Accommodation Allowance)
