Full-Time - Staff Sales & Operations Associate

Job Overview
Water Moon Wines Inc. is looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to grow our portfolio of wines and spirits across hotels, restaurants, bars, and retail accounts.
The role is primarily sales-driven, focused on developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with hospitality clients. The associate will also support order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, and sales documentation to ensure smooth operations.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality or beverage sales who enjoys building client relationships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of wines and spirits to hospitality accounts
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, and beverage managers
- Conduct product presentations and tastings
- Identify and open new accounts
- Prepare quotations and manage client orders
Operations & Inventory Support
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels
- Maintain sales records, order documentation, and delivery receipts
- Track sales transactions and basic operational records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or beverage distribution
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and comfortable handling both sales and operational tasks
- Basic Excel/Google Sheet and office documentation skills
- Interest or knowledge in wines and spirits is an advantage
