Job Description
Age 22 – 35 yrs old
Minimum Educational Attainment Bachelor’s / College Degree
Salary PHP 16,000 – 20,000
TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
Generate, develop and maintain sales to achieve sales target on assigned areas
Generate new and repeat sales; achieve sales goals and margins
SALES PLANNING
Provide accurate and timely business sales forecasts
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales
MARKET PENETRATION
Prepare sales action plans and schedules.
Continuously seek and develop new customers
Recommends sales potential for new customers
DEALING
Negotiate with customers
Directly communicate with the prospective clients, requirements/ needs
Present prices, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles
PROMOTIONS / BRANDING
Develop sales proposals
Determines customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
REPORTING
Maintain sales activity reports
Submits Monthly Coverage Plan (MCP)
Submits Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a timely manner
Submits Weekly Expense Reports (WER) on a timely manner
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Open line of communication
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Provides product and technical information in a timely manner
Resolves customer complaints quickly
Fills requests for catalogue, information and samples in a timely manner
Update customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction
AFTER SALES MONITORING
Quality checks on product and service delivery
Monitors scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
MARKET RESEARCH
Conduct market research and surveys
Analyzes competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and recommends effective counter strategies
