Job Description
Age 21 – 34 yrs old
Minimum Educational Attainment Bachelor’s / College Degree
Minimum Work Experience 2 yr(s)
Salary PHP 18,000 – 20,000 (Negotiable)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
2. Visiting potential customers for new business.
3. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
4. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
5. Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
6. Representing your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
7. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company’s managers.
8. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
9. Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
10. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
Have ability and desire to sell.
Willing to do field sales
Excellent communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
A confident and determined approach.
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
At least College Graduate, not more than 35 years of age.
Must have sales experience in beauty and hair care products
Preferably 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available for CAMANAVA Area
