Job Description

Will do main operational management reporting that will help management analyze the on-going operation.
Will be a direct reporting liaison of Operations, Training & QA, and other support group in terms of reporting needs
Identify value-added opportunities to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction / retention
Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports and analysis accurately and on time
Use designated tool(s) to extract, summarize, format and present data, and to distribute reports.
Follow documented procedures so that reports are delivered consistently and correctly. Maintain process documentation so that it is clear, complete and up-to-date.
Design, develop, test and document procedures for new/modified reports, working with customers to ensure that business requirements are met.
Reviews all reports and ensure 100% accuracy.
Ensures that all reporting issues are properly escalated and resolved.
Manage own workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Apply advanced technical skills to streamline report production.
Responsible for the development and implementation of SharePoint sites, applications, dashboards and workflows

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or College degree, preferably Business or Computer Science graduate
With at least 3 years IT experience
Advanced skills in MS Excel including MACRO (Visual Basic) programming
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, IE, Outlook)
With background or experience in SharePoint Design, Web Parts, Workflow and InfoPath.
Backend development experience in SQL Reporting Services is a plus
Knowledgeable in creation of reports and data analysis
Analytical, logical and keen to detail.
Strong in coordination and communication.
Ability to lead and complete multiple requirements.
With Call Center reporting and analysis experience
