Position: Regulatory Pharmacist
Department: Regulatory Affairs
Location: Unit 2021, Eton Towers Makati, 128 Dela Rosa Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1229
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), alternate Saturdays
Salary: Competitive and negotiable, aligned with experience and market standards
What You’ll Do
As a Regulatory Pharmacist at Allegens Healthcare, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet regulatory standards in the Philippines. Your responsibilities include:
- Prepare, review, and submit product registration dossiers (drugs, food supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices), including new registrations, renewals, and variations.
- Ensure all submissions fully comply with Philippine FDA regulations and internal company standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to collect and verify required documentation.
- Track submission progress, follow up on approvals, and resolve any regulatory issues promptly.
- Support labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and inform management of relevant updates.
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with FDA departments.
- Provide timely reports and updates to management as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Drug Registration within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
