Full-Time - Staff Recruitment Associate (Manpower Pooling Only)

Job Description

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels like professional platforms and social media
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates
  • Endorse qualified candidates to the requesting entity
  • Advertise job openings thru all job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Updating applicant tracking system and resumes databases
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
  • With 6 months to 1 year experience in Recruitment
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Can work effectively in diverse team
  • Persistent, target driven, flexible and can work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office working tools
  • Can work under extreme pressure
  • Willing to work at Cainta Rizal
