Job Description

5+ years of experience in Call Center/BPO Process Training
Responsible in preparing and submitting daily and annual training reports
Directly supervising new hire trainees and should be monitoring, evaluating and reporting the progress of trainees
Facilitating training for Call Centre / BPO employees by using effective training methods and techniques
Responsible in developing and implementing courses and modules for training
Interacting with clients on specific tasks, projects and assignments
