Job Description

We are looking for a Process Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within an outsourcing accounting environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about optimizing workflows, improving quality standards, and leading process innovation.

Hybrid setup based in our Clark office: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Monday to Friday | 5AM to 2PM (NZ time)
Pampanga applicants only
TEMPORARY WFH set-up until Q3 this year

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across bookkeeping and financial operations
• Develop and implement workflow optimization and operational controls
• Manage projects from planning, testing, and implementation to deployment
• Support training and capability development within the operations team
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
• Strong experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and workflow optimization
• At least 3 years of project management experience handling operational initiatives
• Background in BPO or global accounting / outsourcing industry
