We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and employee data.
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
